Confirmation of booking
The validity of the reservation, to all intents and purposes, is subject to the payment of the deposit, which can be made by postal order to our address, by bank transfer to the data that you will be provided by mail or by credit card.

Arrival
On the day of arrival the rooms are at your disposal from 12 a.m If you arrive after 21 p.m, please call us...!
In case of late arrival we will be forced to charge 100% of the price of the reservation period.

Departure
The day of departure please vacate your room by 10.00 am.
Early departure: in case of early departure, we will be forced to charge 100% of the price of the reservation period.

Payment
We accept cash, debit and credit cards (VISA, YOU CARD, MASTERCARD,)  -  IT IS NOT POSSIBILE TO PAY   AMERICAN EXPRESS 

Bank transfer it is possibile only 4  days before departure 

Cancellation/Termination
Reservations can be canceled only in writing. For cancellations up to 40 days before the day of arrival the deposit will be refunded, if after this date will lose the deposit.
In general, the norms of the EU for the cancellation of hotel accommodation and travel. Should you cancel a hotel stay or stay late to start or stop the advance, you will be charged for the accommodation for the entire period booked or held back the deposit, respectively. Animals
Caused the lack of suitable facilities and adequate space, no pets are allowed in the hotel
