Nordic skiing has always been a major tradition for tourist and sportsmen alike in Val di Sole.

Passo Tonale, Vermiglio, Cogolo, Ossana, Mezzana, Commezzadura, Rabbi: these towns offer cross-country skiers everything they need: well-prepared runs for every style on a total of 55 km, waxing facilities, equipment rentals, changingrooms, places where you can have a snack, ski schools, and certified ski instructors for every level.

The Val di Sole Tourist Board offers  all guests the chance to give cross- country skiing a try. The offer consists of two-hour FREE lessons including equipment rental. Lessons are held every Monday up to the end of the season at the Cross-country skiing center in Vermiglio and at the cross-country skiing center in Cogolo di Peio. We have the equipments for this activity and it is FREE and you can do it at ONLY 800 METERS FROM OUR HOTEL...!!! You must try it...!
